Since 1927, when John R. Gregg closed his first Real Estate transaction, the Gregg name has built a strong reputation for professionalism. In the early 1940’s, C.W. Gregg continued this tradition by selling land and homes at private listing.
In 1950 at the age of 17, Ned F. Gregg graduated from the Reppert School of Auctioneering. During the spring on 1951, Ned sold his first parcel of real estate at public auction. His knowledge of the auction business inspires confidence, and his expertise guarantees you the highest possible price for you property.
Ned married Donna Schmidt in 1958, and they have four children and nine grandchildren. Together they have worked side by side to make the business a success. Donna began cashiering for Ned in 1997, with the completion of the office building in Sycamore, Ohio, and obtained her Real Estate license in the same year.
The tradition of excellence has been passed on to Ned and Donna’s children, Scott and Sheila, and continues with grandson Jeremy. Ned F. Gregg Realty, Inc. is a family owned and operated company. Our innovative approach, plus proven auction principles, distinguishes Ned F. Gregg Realty, Inc. as a leader in the auction and real estate profession. Our expertise gives us the advantage, and our desire and ambition sets us apart from the competition.
