Sheila along with Scott is a second generation Auctioneer/Real Estate Broker with Ned F. Gregg Realty, Inc.

Sheila has been with the company since 1992 and has specialized in residential listings. After receiving her auctioneers license in 1998 she has continued working with residential listings as well as listing properties to sell at auction. Sheila has worked in all aspects of the companies business to include: Real Estate Sales, both residential and commercial, Auctions as Auctioneer/Clerk and Cashier, Real Estate Closings, and Appraisals.

Sheila is a 1980 graduate from Mohawk High School, has a associates degree from Tiffin University in Accounting, received her Real Estate license in 1992, Real Estate Brokers license in 1996, and Reppert’s School of Auctioneering in 1997 obtaining her Auctioneer license in 1998.
